Policy: - Deposits are non-refundable and will count towards your final bill. - If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid losing your deposit. - Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the loss of your deposit. - After-hours appointments carry an extra charge of $8 per hour. - Complimentary nail fixes within a week of your appointment. - Please make sure you are satisfied with your nails before leaving as sales are final. Safety Measures: - For purposes of safety and sanitization, we cannot allow more than one guest in the booth. - No children allowed.
